How a Home Inspection Works
Know what to expect before, during, and after your home inspection. We make the process straightforward and stress-free.
1. Schedule Your Inspection
Book online or by phone – it only takes a few minutes. Choose a convenient time, and we'll confirm the details with you. Please ensure all areas of the home are accessible (attic, crawlspace, electrical panel, etc.).
2. We Perform the Inspection
A certified home inspector will assess the home's structure, roof, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, attic, foundation, and more. Most inspections take 2 to 3 hours. You're encouraged to attend and ask questions along the way.
3. Get Your Report
By the end of the day, you'll receive a detailed digital report with high-resolution photos, a summary of key findings, and clear recommendations. Use it to make confident decisions and plan next steps.
What You Should Know
- We follow InterNACHI's Standards of Practice to ensure a comprehensive, ethical, and objective inspection.
- Home inspections are visual, non-invasive assessments – we do not open walls or perform destructive testing.
- While we point out defects and concerns, we don't fail a home – we provide information so you can make informed choices.
- If repairs are needed, our report gives you the leverage to negotiate or plan improvements after closing.
