I highly, highly recommend Peach State Home Inspections. Hitch was absolutely wonderful! He was very responsive, and easy to schedule. I went through ten different inspectors with no luck in finding an inspector that could come out to the property as soon as we needed. Not only that but Hitch was able to turn out an inspection report the SAME DAY! That is huge and makes my job as a Realtor so much easier. Throughout the entire process, Hitch made me and my clients feel at ease. He explained the entire process, time frames and expectations. He even took the time to answer questions regarding the inspection report. You can tell he loves his job, and goes above and beyond to ensure each customer feels at ease and walks away satisfied. If you want quality, Hitch & Peach State Home Inspections is it. He takes his time to do the job correctly and provide real honest transparent feedback. Hitch does not pencil whip the approach because he has 5 more inspections to do. Hitch directs his focus to one house per day. As they say, it is a no brainer! I called maybe 16 different inspection companies but once I spoke with Mr. Heslen, he put me at ease with his thorough explanation of the process and his work experience. This is my second time using Hitch i definitely recommend him as an inspector. I love he is very accommodating got me scheduled short notice and reports same day detailed with pictures. I actually even called after report was delivered so he can go over everything with me very patient and answered all my questions. We had such an awesome experience with Peach State Home Inspections! First, we were able to book quickly and efficiently on Saturday for next day service. Yes, on Saturday afternoon we were able to get an inspection done on Sunday morning at 9am. When we woke up on Sunday it was raining lightly and Hitch called around 7am saying that he was going to get a head start because of the rain. This was awesome and his proactive actions saved us tons of time as it was pouring by 9am. Hitch took his time and looked at everything meticulously. He answered all of our questions and took all of our concerns serious. We received his very detailed and thorough report on the same day! Hours on a Sunday, both our realtor and the sellers realtor were impressed. Thanks to Peach State Home Inspections for such an awesome experience – they were knowledgeable, professional, thorough and responsive.

Hitch provided an incredibly quick response to my need for an appraisal in short notice. He arrived early and really took his time while at the house. Hitch Heslen, made my 1st time home buyer experience extremely pleasant! Hitch was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. He answered any questions I had and walked me through his inspection and even gave me some helpul hints for future use, I work in customer service so great customer service is important to me and Hitch was awesome! Great experience! The inspector was kind and took time to explain the things he was looking at and why. He was very experienced and was able to offer a lot of insight into things to watch out for. Didn’t have any issues at all, and would highly recommend to anyone in need of a home inspection.
